OTHER TRANSFERS OF LAND

There are many different reasons you made need to transfer your property either from one party to two or more, or remove people from the Title.  We have got you covered for all transfers needed.

This will determine if a stamp duty payment will be required to Revenue SA, or if there is a mortgage registered you may need to refinance.
